My Journey
Defining Moment
Early in my career, I realized that most organizations don’t fail at AI because of technology –they fail because of decision-making. I had built technically sound models and systems that never saw meaningful adoption. At the same time, I saw simpler, less sophisticated approaches succeed – because leadership teams were aligned, clear, and decisive. That contrast fundamentally changed my direction. I stopped focusing only on building models and started focusing on how leaders think, decide, and operate with AI. Advisory & Coaching became the natural extension of that shift – helping leaders not just understand AI, but actually use it to change outcomes.

I work with leaders to fundamentally change how they make decisions in an AI-driven world. Beyond business growth, my goal is to help clients build clarity, confidence, and independence in navigating AI – so they are not reliant on vendors, trends, or internal confusion. The real transformation is when leaders move from reacting to AI – to shaping how it creates value inside their organization.

Untangling AI Framework Experience
I have applied the Untangling AI frameworks to lead AI transformations in financial services and real estate environments where initiatives were technically sound, but commercially underperforming. Financial Institution The pattern was familiar: strong models, multiple deployments– and minimal business impact. Using the 3DE Framework, I repositioned where value is actually created: • Shifted success metrics from model accuracy to decision quality and adoption • Elevated the Educate phase as the critical inflection point– enabling stakeholders to trust, interpret, and act on AI outputs • Embedded continuous Evaluate loops to ensure alignment with evolving business priorities Through the AI Sweet Spot Framework (Strategy, People, Technology, Execution): • Anchored AI initiatives in clear business outcomes, not experimentation • Built stakeholder capability and accountability to drive real adoption • Simplified fragmented tooling into focused, decision-centric systems The AACCE framework strengthened leadership capability– driving clarity of thought, specificity in problem framing, and empathy in execution. Result: A decisive shift from deployed models to adopted, decision-integrated AI systems delivering measurable business outcomes. Real Estate Organization Here, the issue was not failure– but diffusion. AI ambition existed, but without structure, it never translated into execution. Applying the AI Sweet Spot Framework: • Established a clear AI strategy tied directly to commercial levers • Aligned and upskilled teams to ensure AI was understood, not outsourced • Introduced disciplined, phased execution linked to outcomes– not activity Using the 3DE framework, the focus was deliberate: • Rigorous Discover and Design to avoid premature solutioning • A high-empathy Educate phase to embed AI into daily decision workflows • Continuous Execute and Evaluate cycles to sustain momentum and relevance The AACCE framework enabled a mindset shift– from abstract AI conversations to precise, actionable use cases grounded in business reality. Result: Transformation from AI as an idea to AI as an operational capability– consistently used across pricing, sales, and planning decisions. Overall Across both contexts, the lesson is consistent: AI does not fail because of technology. It fails because organizations misplace where value is actually created. The Untangling AI frameworks correct that. They shift organizations from: • Deploying models -> Driving decisions • Chasing tools -> Building capability • Running experiments -> Delivering outcomes My role is to ensure AI is not just implemented– but understood, adopted, and embedded where it matters most: in how decisions are made every day.
