My Journey

Defining Moment

It wasn't a single lightning bolt; it was a brutal, recurring pattern I kept seeing in the mid-market. I was constantly sitting across from 7- and 8-figure business owners who were financially successful but completely trapped by their own operations. They hadn't built a vehicle; they had built a cage. They were working 70-hour weeks, funding their own bottlenecks, and trying to out-work bad architecture. The turning point for me was seeing the massive disconnect in how these operators were trying to use technology to escape. They were buying software to automate their chaos instead of fixing the underlying systems. My defining moment was realising that true leverage doesn't come from a new tech stack—it comes from architecting frictionless operational Systems first, and then applying AI as the ultimate accelerant. I didn't get into this to be a traditional 'coach.' I stepped in to help real operators stop funding their internal friction, build actual Enterprise Value, and finally own their time.

Mission Statement

Growth without structure is just a more expensive cage. My mission is not just to help mid-market operators increase top-line revenue—it is to help them stop funding their own bottlenecks and start building frictionless, scalable architecture. I want to completely transform the business owner from the 'chief problem-solver' into a true Capital Allocator. By engineering the right operational Systems and applying AI as pure structural leverage, my goal is to help them build compounding Enterprise Value so they achieve the ultimate commercial outcome: Total ownership of their time.

Untangling AI Framework Experience

Yes. Matt’s Untangling AI framework is the exact methodology I use to cut through the 'random acts of tech' that currently plague the mid-market. The Process: When I sit down with a 7- or 8-figure business owner, the first step is always forensic. I use the Untangling AI framework to map out their operational architecture and identify exactly where the business is bleeding capital and time. We don't start by looking at software; we start by untangling chaotic, undocumented workflows. Once the underlying system is clean, we use the framework to strategically inject AI—not as a novelty or a band-aid, but as pure structural leverage applied directly to their biggest bottlenecks. Measurable Results: As an operator, I don't measure success in superficial metrics like 'hours saved.' I measure it in Enterprise Value. By implementing the principles in Untangling AI, I help my clients scale their commercial output without scaling their headcount. They stop funding internal friction, reclaim their margins, and achieve the ultimate measurable result: complete ownership of their time.

Client Testimonials

"Just having an external set of eyes look at our operations has been a game-changer. Jason doesn't just bolt on AI tech; he forensically maps out the bottlenecks and removes the friction first. The efficiency gains we’ve seen by implementing his systems are amazing. We are finally scaling our output without just blindly scaling our headcount."

— Founder / CEO, Manufacturing

"What stood out when Jason led two major system overhauls in our organisation was his profound focus on the psychology of change. Most consultants just force new technology onto a team, but Jason understands that the human element is where the actual operational friction lives. By prioritising how our staff adapted to the new architecture, he ensured the efficiency gains actually materialised. He doesn't just build scalable systems; he builds the operational buy-in required to make them work."
