Defining Moment
After nearly three decades leading technology strategy for companies like Cisco, IBM, and Ericsson across the Middle East and Asia, I kept seeing the same pattern: organizations would invest heavily in new technology, yet struggle to turn that investment into real business results. When AI started reshaping every industry, I saw history repeating itself at an accelerated pace. 84% of GCC companies had adopted AI, but only around 31% had scaled it into measurable outcomes. That gap between adoption and execution became personal for me. I realized the missing piece was never the technology. It was always leadership, strategy, and the human side of transformation. That realization led me to dedicate the next chapter of my career to helping C-suite leaders find their AI Sweet Spot, where business value, technical feasibility, and organizational readiness intersect, and turn AI ambition into boardroom results.
