Defining Moment
After more than two decades helping organizations implement complex systems, CRM platforms, learning systems, and operational infrastructure, I noticed a pattern. Technology rarely fails because of the technology itself. It fails because leadership teams underestimate the human and governance layer required for adoption. When AI began accelerating into the workplace, I saw the same risk emerging at a much larger scale. Companies were rushing to deploy AI tools without clear accountability, governance, or leadership capability to manage them responsibly. That realization shifted my work. Instead of focusing only on systems implementation, I chose to focus on helping leaders govern AI adoption responsibly, ensuring organizations build the leadership, decision frameworks, and operational structures needed to turn AI from hype into sustainable business capability.
